Student Ministry

Our Purpose is to:

• Promote a personal relationship with Jesus Christ,
• Provide a safe environment where God’s Word, THE BIBLE, is taught,
• Help our students to build strong, positive relationships with other believers,
• Impact our community and the world for Jesus Christ.

Middle School—7th & 8th Grades
Worship Service:  Sundays @ 11am

High School—9th—12th Grades
Worship Service:  Sundays @ 5pm
*Food Provided

College & Career—Ages 18 thru 30
Worship Service:  Thursdays @ 7pm

Group Encounter
Our group encounter provides a high-energy, live-band worship opportunity with Christ as the focus. Within the group encounter is a teaching time dedicated to spotlighting Biblical truths and applying them to the challenges teens face in today’s world.

Community Group
Our community groups provide a forum for “real” relationship development to occur: An opportunity for students to discuss important life issues with each other while allowing for spiritual accountability with older, mature Christians. Biblical truths and principles are applied in a sensitive, caring environment.

What is Area 3:16?
It is the name of our student room, taken from the truth of John 3:16 found in the Bible, that God loved the world so much that He would actually give His Son to die for humanity and that those who believe in Him will have eternal life in heaven. This is a place where God’s Son, Jesus, is praised and worshipped by young and old and His eternal Truths are shared, celebrated, and applied. Area 3:16 is unlike most student rooms in its multipurpose design. It accommodates a stage for live worship, comfortable seating for large group events, and a unique and quiet space to communicate with God, aka “The Prayer Corner.” In addition, it is equipped with a “living room”-type setting for small groups and café-like setting for the times when food is a part of the fellowship agenda.
